Returns and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ZEMU Fashion.

Eligibility:

You may return your item if it has a manufacturing defect. We gladly accept exchanges of unused, unaltered items that are returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Notification:

To initiate a return, please send us a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp with a picture of the defective item.

Exchange Process:

  • Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Please return the bag to the specified address.  

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the courier charges for sending and receiving exchanges.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Accessories on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellations


On rare occasions, ZEMU Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined online payments. Orders may also be canceled if customers do not respond to confirmation calls from our customer care team.
